I joined for Bayman Atkinson Smythe as an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. My responsibility is to actively assist the team in locating qualified applicants for the open positions. I originally intended to work as an estate agent after completing college in 2022, but I ultimately decided it wasn't the right kind of position for me. I had attempted a few marketing positions and had also thought about attending university to study law, but I suppose fate had brought me here. I began working for BAS on June 6, 2023, after discovering them through Rochdale Training. I have really settled in, learning quickly, and already supported the team in making placements.

I am one of 3, I have 2 younger siblings, however, I have an enormous external family. I love spending time with my family and friends whether that be going shopping, cinemas, bowling, Late night Drives, and MOST importantly trying out new food places I also enjoy working for charities, which typically entails organising a sizable event to collect money for causes like cancer research, local mosques, or less developed nations. I initially joined when my home nation was one of the less developed nations being raised funds for, and I have since helped other nations including Palestine and Syria.
