Well, WHAT A YEAR. We can honestly say it has been a whirlwind, and our feet haven’t touched the ground since we came together as Bayman Atkinson Smythe from our respective recruitment boutiques in 2022.
In an Oscar moment, we do want to thank our supporters, be they clients, candidates, friends, or family, and also to our suppliers who enable us to provide great service. You are all greatly appreciated.
So, what have we done in the last 12 months? Here are just a few highlights as there are too many to list…
In numbers:
- We have increased our Team headcount by one, with the lovely Melissa coming on board to support our burgeoning business
- We have registered over 300 jobs
- We have found over 200 people new roles
- We are looking to bring three more people into Team BAS in the next 12 months
In activity:
- We have started to attend conferences and networking events again
- We are holding our first client event this coming month
- We have been out to see more clients face-to-face in one year than, only 12 months ago, we thought possible
- We have moved offices and are looking to open our 2nd and 3rd hub in the next 3-6 months
In all, we have had a blast, and are looking forward to what 2023/24 will bring. With new people to welcome onboard (and to help onboard with our clients), campaigns to run, roles to fill, and people to support and help in their next career steps. What’s not to love?
