Happy First Anniversary to me!! Yes, I have been working here for 12 months, and what an amazing 12 months it has been. I love working for these lovely ladies and I know that will never change for me. They have taught me so much and I am still learning even now, as every day is a learning day.
I am in awe of the work they do. Watching and listening to them I can understand why Clients and Candidates choose to work with BAS Recruitment, they are so passionate and professional it is amazing.
I am also looking forward to the next few months, next month we will be having a new addition to the team – a new Recruitment Resourcer, and for charity Jane is doing a mile swim in Lake Windemere (rather her than me) for The Society for Abandoned Animals. We also have a charity day this summer helping in the garden at Springhill Hospice.
On a final note I am looking forward to the next 12 months and what it is going to bring, but there is one thing which will stay the same (and I know I keep saying it), I love my job with BAS Recruitment and these ladies I work with will always be amazing.
