Bayman Atkinson Smythe is very excited to have just moved into our office in central Manchester, at Tootal Buildings on Oxford Road. This is the second office in our growing recruitment business, and a key part of our strategy to continue building our collaborative and customer-focused team, able to deliver excellence in recruitment.
Created in 2019 as 2 separate boutique businesses – we have grown both independently and subsequently merged, and we fully came together 18 months ago. This has allowed us to continue our expansion and growth, consolidating our strong reputation for quality and tenacity to search out excellent candidates and roles for them, in the marketplace.
So, our Manchester office - what a beautiful building it is. It is on its own journey, being lovingly restored, whilst evolving its offering in the era of shared office spaces and communal areas, encouraging companies of all sizes to network and exist in harmony. It was made even more special as it reconnected two of our Directors, Claire and Tracy, with Angela, an ex-recruitment colleague, as the Regional Sales Manager for the premises.
What a great base to build on our already solid business foundations. We all love being back in a busy bustling metropolis and are fully embracing the advantages of being on-site to work together, sharing ideas, and exploring new food places, whilst also retaining flexibility and a hybrid style of working. The social aspects of being in Manchester after work are also a great side benefit.
