Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting for a successful global manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration and order coordination, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a first-class service.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
- Processing orders, quotations and sales enquiries.
- Managing customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Building strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Updating customers on order progress and liaising with Production.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation.
- Supporting Production Planning with relevant paperwork.
- Coordinating meetings, visits and appointments.
- Providing general administrative support and contributing to a positive customer experience.
THE PERSON
We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Ideally experience of working in either the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- CRM experience.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- The role is currently based in Oldham but will relocate to Bredbury later in the year. Due to limited public transport, your own transport is essential.
