Paying circa £55K, this charity is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team, managing and mentoring a small team. Lancashire-based, the organisation works in a hybrid office/home style. THE ROLE
As a Finance Manager, you will be essential in managing the day-to-day operations of a group of charities with a combined turnover of c£30M.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing management accounts
- Contributing to consolidated accounts
- Managing the financial aspects of service contracts
- Assisting with audits and budget preparations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Business Development team
THE CANDIDATE
- Proven experience including preparing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- A Qualified accountant or working towards completing studies
- Ability to collaborate with various service providers and stakeholders.
- Time Management, proficient in prioritising tasks and working to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
