A highly regarded Academy Trust based in South Manchester are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy HR team as HR and Recruitment Administrator. This is a permanent job opportunity that offers both home and office working. The ideal working hours will be 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am-4:00pm on a Friday but there can be some flexibility with the start and finish times.
THE JOB
As HR and Recruitment Administrator you will provide comprehensive and confidential administration of all the recruitment and HR processes for the Trusts schools and corporate team.
Their focus over the coming months is to build an efficient HR and recruitment function, to streamline processes and ensure that the Trust is providing the best possible service to all their schools and corporate team. In this role you will have opportunity to develop new skills and be involved in HR projects and implementations.
As HR and Recruitment Administrator, your daily duties will include:
- Recruitment management - identifying suitable sourcing channels, assisting with job descriptions, placing adverts, managing responses and co-ordinating interviews
- Being the first line response for any HR and recruitment queries
- Managing the HR email inboxes, responding accordingly and forwarding to team members when required
- Maintaining staff and training records
- Ensuring DBS checks are completed and recorded
- Ensuring all new starter checks are completed and recorded

This HR and Recruitment Administrator job will suit an experienced Administrator that has either worked in an education setting or a busy HR team.
