Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of statutory accounts.
- Support the setup of 2025/26 budget reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to process improvement and development across finance operations.
- Utilise knowledge of Component Accounting to support asset and depreciation reporting.
- Work flexibly with various teams to meet tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous finance experience within the housing sector is essential.
- Immediate availability and ability to hit the ground running.
- Knowledge of Open Accounts is highly desirable.
- Ideally, an understanding of Component Accounting principles.
