We are recruiting an Interim Finance Director for this North West Social Housing provider for a 5-6 month interim period. Paying c£75-80K or a Day Rate equivalent (Inside IR35). WFH/Very flexible hybrid work pattern. North West based offices.
THE JOB
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Finance Function and enable the efficient delivery of all financial and management information.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Financial & Management Accounting
- Treasury Management & Business Planning
THE PERSON
- You must be a fully Qualified Accountant with a demonstrable track record of success in a senior financial role within the housing sector
- Proven experience in leading finance teams in delivering a wide range of financial management services
- Solid experience of financial reporting and budget management and leading the financial year-end.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and relevant regulatory and legal governance frameworks
The role is envisaged to be 5-6 months and can be either as a Fixed Term Contract or on a Day Rate.
