Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting.

Lead on any statutory reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

An experienced, hands on Finance Manager with a strong track record in Social Housing (essential)

Able to produce clear and timely financial reports for a range of stakeholders.

Confident in managing cashflow, budgets, audits, and service charges.
