- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing the narrative & key insights for the senior leadership team.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring adherence and identifying variances
- Create and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting
- Support in the preparation of statutory and management reports
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Strong background in month end closure, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing accounting processes and controls
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly
- Ideally Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but QBE also considered.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently under pressure
