Management Accountant – Swinton – Hybrid - £43,000 to £45,000 + Benefits

We are looking to recruit to the role of Management Accountant looking after direct costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse direct costs by scheme for inclusion in Service Charge Accounts.
- Complete regular bank and treasury reconciliations and support effective cash management.
- Work with the Customer Team to reconcile void recharges and analyse performance against budget.
- Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and detailed cash flow reporting.
- Liaise with budget holders and other departments to resolve queries and provide financial insight.
- Assist with statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.
- Investigate banking discrepancies and unidentified transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, processes and reporting.
- Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
