- Assist in preparing consolidated Group Management Accounts and Board Reports for stakeholders inside and outside the business. You’ll help paint the full financial picture
- Prepare detailed management reports to support decision-making across departments.
- Oversee and improve forecasting models to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
- Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably within the IT or Technology sector.
- Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude, driven to provide insights and proactive solutions.
- Qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent would be advantageous.
