Based in Bury, North Manchester, our client is a market leader within its sector with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Currently seeking a part time Customer Service Administrator to join their team, you will be working between 16 - 30 hours per week in the office. This will include working Monday and Friday each week with flexibility around the other days and the working hours.


Reporting to the Administration Manager, as part time Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of emails and telephone calls
  • Accurately logging and ensuring the resolution of customer queries
  • Accurate and efficient data entry – processing customer information
  • Liaising with third parties and other departments in the business
  • Keeping customers fully updated on the status of their query
  • Weekly imports of sales onto bespoke system
  • Producing weekly reports on Excel (full training will be given)
  • Sending letters to customers regarding membership and renewals
  • Any other ad hoc customer service-based duties as required by the Manager


This job will suit an experienced Customer Service Administrator that has outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Working in a small team, you will need to be a real team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Knowledge of the full MS Office package is essential and strong Excel skills would be advantageous but full training can be provided.
