Are you an experienced executive-level PA looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled PA or EA to join an innovative, fast-moving manufacturing business based in North Manchester.

THE JOB

As PA, you will provide high-level personal and professional support to the Director. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering executive-level assistance and be confident managing a varied workload under tight deadlines. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, events and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, and produce clear minutes and action logs
  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality

Logistics & Organisation:

  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Ensure the Director is fully briefed for all engagements with the necessary information and materials
  • Track deadlines, follow up on actions and support prioritisation across tasks and projects

Personal Duties:

  • Provide occasional personal diary support, appointments and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Handle all personal and business matters with absolute discretion

Administrative & Co-ordination Tasks:

  • Manage electronic filing, emails, and general correspondence efficiently
  • Perform additional duties to ensure the smooth running of the Director’s office

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven PA/EA experience supporting a director or senior leader (manufacturing experience is a plus)
  • Is highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise competing demands.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and maintains the highest level of confidentiality
  • Is proficient in MS Office, confident with digital tools, and works independently with initiative
  • Is proactive, dependable, calm under pressure, and adaptable
  • Delivers accurate, high-quality work with diplomacy and discretion
