Paying up to £40k + Benefits + Parking Our client, a growing UK manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Co-ordinator to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client projects. This is a key position within the organisation, requiring strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday with a flexible start/finish.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from order receipt through to production and delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating assigned projects from order confirmation through to production and delivery
  • Planning, monitoring and updating project schedules, actions and milestones
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Tracking project progress, identifying risks and responding to changing priorities
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting and records
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across processes and ways of working

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • A confident and professional communicator at all levels
  • Proactive, determined and results-focused
  • Capable of prioritising workload effectively with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities and driving positive outcomes

Candidates must have:

  • Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role (essential)
  • Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment (essential)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
