Paying £12.00 p/hr - Our client, a well-established and successful engineering business based in Oldham, is currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide support during a period of staff sickness. This is a full-time, office-based role offering an immediate start and free onsite parking.
The office hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
THE JOB
As Temporary Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms as required
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data accurately in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics
- Supporting project teams by processing data in line with timelines
- Running local errands (e.g., collecting lunches or office supplies) as needed
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider team
