<p>We are currently recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to support the finance function on a 3 to 6 month contract in a thriving business based in Manchester.</p>

<p>This is a hands-on role covering multiple territories, ideal for someone who can quickly embed themselves into a fast-paced environment and provide immediate support across core finance activities.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Preparation of monthly management accounts across various territories</li>
	<li>Supporting the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met</li>
	<li>Reviewing payroll processes for accuracy and completeness</li>
	<li>Overseeing and reviewing payment runs</li>
	<li>Managing and processing weekly bank payments</li>
	<li>Performing balance sheet reconciliations</li>
	<li>Assisting with audit requirements, ensuring progress is maintained and deadlines are met</li>
	<li>Providing financial insight and support to stakeholders where required</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Experience in a Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant role</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting</li>
	<li>Experience reviewing payroll and payment processes</li>
	<li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
	<li>Comfortable working across multiple entities or territories</li>
	<li>Available to start at short notice</li>

<p>A Large Social Housing provider based in the North West is seeking an experienced interim to lead its treasury and financial planning functions to cover maternity leave. This is a key position to enable seamless strategic delivery. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for treasury management, long-term financial planning, and oversight of a significant development programme.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Lead treasury strategy, cashflow management and funding relationships</li>
	<li>Oversee financial planning, including long-term modelling, budgeting and forecasting</li>
	<li>Provide financial oversight of the development / capital programme</li>
	<li>Ensure robust financial models and performance reporting are in place</li>
	<li>Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making</li>
	<li>Lead and develop a high-performing finance team</li>

<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience in a senior treasury and financial planning role</li>
	<li>Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting and funding</li>
	<li>Experience working with complex development programmes (e.g. housing, infrastructure or property)</li>
	<li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent</li>
