Due to planned growth and required restructure, I am delighted to be working with a charity based on the Wirral that are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team working on a transformation project. This position will be offered on a 12 month FTC and will be hybrid, with both office and home working. A DBS check will be required within this role.

THE JOB:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, mapping current and future state and capturing and tracking business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders to help map processes and business requirements ensuring all stakeholders stay engaged
  • Plan and lead workshops to map processes, understand any gaps in process/knowledge or highlight any opportunities
  • Document processes and procedures to support any changes
  • Document business problems and requirements for identified gaps
  • Work with the teams to embed any changes and provide training if necessary
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure any highlighted risks and issues are documented
  • Process map to a level 2/3 the “as is” and “to be” for the support services tasks and responsibilities
  • Produce a business requirements document for any changes highlighted which needs a change in process or system
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure the progress of all work streams are understood and accurately represented
  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged at the right level to ensure the change is embedded
  • Provide training on any new processes and procedures to ensure they are understood and become part of any new inductions for future recruitment needs

THE PERSON:

You will need to be an experienced Business Analyst with a variety of experience having previously worked in different companies and departments. You must be able to analyse data in different formats, using different analysis tools and have proven experience of gathering business requirements and the ability to test the solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce documents in an easy-to-read format is required. Excellent IT skills with experience of using visio, excel, and SQL is essential.
