Chief Executive Officer – Permanent – Liverpool - £55,000 to £60,000 FTE (Part time applicants will be considered)

St Andrew's Community Network is a very special place which was opened in 2002 by St Andrew's Church in response to the growing needs of the local community in Clubmoor, Liverpool.

Since opening it has improved the lives of thousands, supporting the most vulnerable in the community by helping them to move from crisis toward stability and fulfilment. With a core staff of 19 and with the help of over 350 volunteers they deliver support in three main areas: Money Management; Food Poverty; and Community Wellbeing.

Although the Network retains its intrinsic links with St Andrew's Church and the local community, it has also become a trusted partner to other organisations throughout Liverpool, allowing them to deliver support in these areas throughout the city.

They have reached a milestone in their journey and due to the departure of the current CEO who has helped shape the organisation to what it is today, they are seeking to recruit someone to take that legacy, build on it and move the organisation even further both on a local and national platform.

The CEO will be responsible to the Trustees Board for the overall leadership and management of the organisation including; strategy, performance, finances, business planning, staff recruitment and external relationships. The successful applicant will seek to position the Network as a key influencer of local, and where possible national policy around food poverty and financial hardship.
