Finance Analyst (9 month FTC) – Liverpool £32,300 to £35,700 + a range of Benefits and Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office)
Our client is a large not for profit organisation based in Liverpool that is going through a vast period of change. As a result, they are looking for a Finance Analyst for a 9 month FTC to join the finance business partnering team. The role will undertake routine financial analysis to support the provision of business insight for effective operational activity and financial decision making.
THE ROLE:
- Perform routine financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Provide financial insight analysis, identifying trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Ensure financial performance variances are monitored and tracked.
- Undertake modelling, scenario planning, business case preparation and option appraisal to support decision making.
- Ensure the business has robust financial data by reviewing and validating its integrity.
- Input into statutory, regulatory or other external reporting as directed.
THE PERSON:
Ideally you will be working towards a professional qualification, but the client would also be interested in applications from individuals who have the right practical experience. It is essential you can work on your own initiative and possess strong analysis and EXCEL skills.
