Paying up to £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits - This highly successful and expanding manufacturing group with a head office based in South Manchester are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team and wider business. With multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, as HR Business Partner you will be expected to travel to other sites as and when required.

This is a permanent office-based HR Business Partner job opportunity working Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (37.5 hrs p/w), however there can be some flexibility with the start and finish times.
THE JOB
Reporting to the Head of HR, as HR Business Partner you will be a visible presence within the wider business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the senior management team to formulate and execute business strategies
- Directing and facilitating organisational change initiatives
- Managing talent acquisition, development, and retention
- Serving as the primary liaison for employees and managers, addressing complex HR issues with sensitivity and expertise
- Supporting leaders in interpreting and acting upon employee engagement data
- Administering performance appraisal systems, setting clear objectives, and aiding managers in addressing performance-related matters
- Using HR analytics to make informed strategic decisions, spotting trends and advising on enhancements and efficiencies
- Utilising HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs
- Identifying and addressing training requirements across the organisation, including executive coaching
- Providing targeted feedback to the senior leadership team
- Engaging in multi-departmental projects, promoting collaborative solutions
- Being an employee champion
THE PERSON
The ideal HR Business Partner will be CIPD Level 5 or above. This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner that is looking for a fresh challenge or an ambitious HR Advisor that is looking to take the next step in their professional career.
