What the role will entail:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
- Collaborate with a talented team of Consultant’s to achieve shared goals
- Stay updated on what is happening in the industry to win continued new business
