Rents and Service Charge Consultant – Remote – 6 to 9 month FTC - up to £53,000
Our client is a housing association based in the North West and we are looking for someone with considerable service charge experience to undertake a 6 to 9 month contract.
The role will be assist with a transformation programme around service charges and your role will be around 3 key deliverables :
- Setting rents and services charges on relets.
- Setting rents and service charges on new developments.
- Catching up on shared ownership rent increases effective from April 2024.
The role is offered on a fully remote basis and we are seeking applications from individuals who can demonstrate a customer focused service along with strong legislative knowledge.
